为什么21天?
在行为心理学中,人们把一个人的新习惯或理念的形成并得以巩固至少需要21天的现象,称之为21天效应。
Why 21 days?

活动规则
Activity Rules
- 同学可根据自身情况报名参加以下七个项目的内容,成功报名的同学,将十人分成一组,建立微信群,每组有1-2名uBuddies朋辈咨询员作为组长负责带领和监督小组成员;
- 活动第一天由各组组长带领组员制定本组成员各项任务的目标,目标可以统一也可以小组成员根据自身情况自行安排;
- 每天21:00-23:00组员须在微信群上,打卡自己各项任务的完成情况;
- 活动开始后前7天每人允许有一次漏签;
- 若开始的7天中有超过一次漏签或7天之后漏签的一律取消参与活动的资格,组长将其踢出微信群;
- 坚持打卡21天的参与者可获得精美礼品;
- 每个同学最多可报名3个项目,每个项目报名人数不限,项目报名人数少于5人则取消该项目。
- 活动时间:4月19日-5月9日(共21天)
